Job Description


About this job:

  • Assist underwriters in handling all underwriting administration and maintenance of accurate data.

About the role:

  • Support various Underwriting Business Units with data entry and maintenance of business partner data in SICSnt for reinsurance programs including liaising with the underwriters regarding specific SICSnt data checks;
  • Ensure that business unit data is captured in our core reinsurance applications (SICSnt, Phoenix, Underwriting Operations Workflow Queue) in an accurate and timely fashion during the entire life cycle of a contract
  • Ensure filing of reinsurance related documentation according to guidelines;
  • Perform corrections following data quality checks for quarterly closing or renewal preparation as assigned;
  • Act as interface between technical accounting and underwriting for certain issues;
  • Support enhancements and implementations of PartnerRe wide projects and processes;
  • Support the compilation and maintenance of Client Profiles and other underwriting documentation upon Underwriting requests;
  • Provide support on reporting requests

Qualifications


About you
:

  • University/College degree
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SICS/nt is an advantage
  • At least three years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment;
  • One to two years’ experience in reinsurance underwriting services and/or reinsurance accounting or a basic understanding of underwriting pricing files and processes;
  • Good knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel, Business Objects, WEBI
  • Good technical skills

Additional Information


PartnerRe offers its staff a hybrid work environment. You will be required to work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Monday & Friday are remote work days.
